Q: How does the token system work?

A: Each token represents approximately one hour of work. A 1-token task takes under 60 minutes, while a 2-token task takes 60-120 minutes. You can use your monthly tokens however you need—one larger project or multiple small tasks.

Q: What happens to unused tokens?

A: Unused tokens roll over for up to 3 months! For example, if you have the Standard plan (2 tokens/month), you can accumulate up to 6 tokens total. This gives you flexibility to save up for larger projects.

Q: Can I get service outside my monthly plan?

A: Absolutely! You can purchase additional tokens at any time for $149 each. We also offer half-day and full-day add-ons for larger projects.

Q: What if I have an emergency?

A: We're here for you! While our business hours are 9 AM - 6 PM, we're available after hours for emergencies. Just give us a call, and we'll work with you to solve the problem—even if it means showing up at 9 PM (pizza and beer appreciated!).

Q: Do you offer custom plans?

A: Yes! If our standard plans don't fit your needs, we'll create a custom enterprise plan tailored specifically to your home and requirements. We want to make sure you're getting exactly what you need.
